"We all know that creators, by and large, are so unbelievably burnt out of the content creating and disseminating aspect of their work," starts Amanda Northcutt the founder of Level Up Creators. "So we're thrilled to help creators increase their publishing possibilities."

Her business with Level Up Creators is a mirror of the businesses that they train people to run and they apply what they teach using the same methods to maximize these distribution possibilities. "We take source content like an audio or video in long form or ebook or maybe a 5,000 word piece of writing," she explains. "This is an enormous amount of material and you'll find blogs, emails leads, lead magnets and many dozens of social media content.

"I'm not suggesting that you repeat every word you already said in your YouTube video However, you may take an additive or a reductive approach," she adds. "You can summarize the key elements of your video's 10 minutes in an email or you could write an article, and then elaborate on a particular point. You may even have an entirely new source of information if you decide to do this."

Amanda states that this is only one way to assist creators in thinking more strategically about how they can grow their business. The aim here is to use existing content in the most efficient feasible way "Successful users know the right levers to use to achieve the maximum return. Helping with content dissemination and distribution straight from the beginning." Amanda and her team help with the strategic mindset and then help with writing the creation of content. "This is to reduce burnout and overwhelm and stress to ensure that the creator can have free creative space inside their heads."

Level Up Creators can also take the administrative burden off creators' task. "We're handling DMs and emails, as well as calendars and gatekeeping for brand deals We also handle the management of talent as well. We then get on with creating a product roadmap, making awesome stuff, and promoting this!" The team helps creators take care of the "the requirements to bring the conversation to where the conversation will be given the credence that it needs".

Amanda along with her staff are there to "have someone unleash their brain to dream of the big picture," she says. "We want to understand what the creator would like to go, including lifestyle architectural considerations, and income targets. We help put together an over-the-long-term strategy that includes the mission, vision values, goals, and values that form the North Star of a company. It's the thing everyone is looking to when trying to make a decision, at least in an ideally run business."

From the mindset to marketing

When the thinking process and freeing of mind power has been taken care of, Level Up Creators take a look at particular products such as memberships or online masterclasses which are suited to the creator and align with their visions. "For example, we'll think about how making a product for memberships fit into our overall strategy?' - that's the primary test."

"We are able to collaborate together with creators from other fields. We can do brand deals. You can create your own product line. You can do high-ticket, one-on-one coaching or group coaching. Then we take the set of solutions and figure out which products we can pack it in and then we help get them on the markets."

Level Up Creators is also keen to ensure that its clients are in good contact with their ecosystem of: businesses and creators and others who are non-competing, tangentially related businesses or people who have similar audience.

Amanda believes in the power of sharing with audiences: "a rising tide lifts all boats, and the pies can never be greater," she smiles. "It's not like, 'If I share my audience and they go away and never return' - because they're following your lead to a purpose." This is why affiliate programs, and other similar ones are incredibly important and Level Up Creators is able to connect it all with their marketing automation.

This 'marketing automation' may sound rather technical but Amanda sells the idea with the same rigor and clarity as any other. "It's the software that lets a creator communicate with their subscribers at a large scale. This is a hidden automatic sales engine that is working to support you 24/7, on your subscribers' conditions.

This machine links every single digital touchpoint you have to your clients and potential customers via a backend device or two, which are designed to guide your customers through the customer journey, which can lead to the purchase.

"We're big on email lists and we're big on partners marketing,"" Amanda adds. "When you do your marketing system correctly, the subscriber is in control. They're only seeing content that will be relevant to them. It's a fantastic way to get people engaged. We want to get users to join that ecosystem of email.

"Then we want to provide worth repeatedly, continuously strategically, in the context of a bigger strategy," Amanda concludes. "We need to ensure that we're providing value before asking people to buy things. However, we will request people to buy something since we're selling products that are making people's lives better, right? !"
