What we're tracking: ( expanded / new)

  • Recurring revenue per month is the most crucial metric used by an organization that is a member. It answers the question: How much money will I make? Our metrics now clarify the reasons behind the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net income shows you the amount of the money you earned this month (minus refunds) as well as where the money was derived from.
  • Paying members let you look at the total amount of recurring members on your account- and the changes that impact that total.
  • Churn displays the amount of money you've lost -- whether voluntary or involuntary -- as well as total $ that was churned.
  • Trials displays how many members are choosing to keep their recurring subscription after their trial ends.

We've created a dedicated overview of each of the five metrics, and provided you with an easy way to evaluate MRR, net revenue, Paying Members and Churn across 5 plans. You can easily see which metrics are performing well, which ones don't or where you can double down.
