Please tell us more about yourself, what has been your experience with yourself your favorite things to do and the work you do.

I'm a big admirer of the character of Rogers. Rogers was always looking to help those who were in need. It led me to twenty years of customer service helping to assist, helping with solving problems, and cheering our customers!

A suggestion made by one of my acquaintances to find things that are most sought-after, it was a fantastic suggestion that I did follow-up on, but, more than six years later, I'ven't considered what it might be. If I'm not helping my clients and providing them with the information they require and want, I'm looking to find new treasures beneath the surface, and contemplating my next trip together with my family and sipping coffee on one hand, along with a bite to eat the next.

Every day is an enjoyable and thrilling adventure! I'm able to help customers across the globe, and help to solve any issues they face. No matter what the issue is, I can help explain the benefits of joining our club or finding out the mysteries surrounding an problem. I'm happy to assist our members.

Rewinding after a day of serving customers

With AI growing into a stronger technology that can communicate and work together and collaborate, my focus is making sure that our human interaction is of the quality, connecting to real people, searching for the requirements of their clients and ensuring that every person receives the appropriate support and understanding and is positioned for successful outcomes.

Do you have a recollection regarding one of the most memorable interactions in a meeting with one of our (potential) clients? Can you recall the problem or issue you had to address and the solution you devised.

One of our clients wanted a particular promotion for their members that we can't give in the traditional manner. Instead of saying "no," (we do everything we can to help achieve it) I discovered a unique solution using our API.

The product they developed was adapted to the needs of their customers and it was perfect! The entire team was amazed by the result. The issue was transformed into an opportunity.

Based on your opinion What is the essential elements required for a successful organization? can be effective in attracting members?

I believe that keeping your customers happy is the primary element for success of your subscription-based business. If the creators are able to demonstrate the ability to interact with their customers this is more than just an exchange of money. It's about creating an environment that makes customers feel they're a element of the larger community.

What are you most fond of from your studies ?

Effective communication is crucial in offering customer support regardless of whether the service is either face-to-face or on the web. Although online customer support may appear easier to manage, an unprofessional tone, or an uneasy tone could lead to the dissatisfaction of customers.

The PREACH model for communication (Proud Trustworthy, Honest, Empathic and clear human) is vital when helping clients in any way.

I'm extremely thankful for being part of my support team because everyone of us represents the qualities they display during their interactions with their customers. One of the most valuable lessons I've learnt? Communication skills can improve as time passes if you're willing to make errors.

Three suggestions that you could recommend to a person within your own department or in the field?

Three tips to be happy with the customer service:

  1. Ask questions or additional questions to fully understand your client's needs and identify the root of the problem.
  2. Keep in touch if do not receive a reply, our customers appreciate the time and effort put in ensuring that everyone's involved.
  3. It is your responsibility to keep the terms of all your commitments. Remain faithful to the commitments you've given to your clients increases confidence, and will ensure the happiness of your customers. The old saying was you'd contact customers a couple of days in advance to ensure they'd never forget!
