An overview of the latest features and enhancements

This has been a very busy summer for us at our virtual HQ! Over the past few months we've hired a plethora of brand new designers, engineers and support staff to serve you better and to build out all the tools and features you need to be successful.

Without further delay Here are a few of the ways we've been striving to make your experience better.

Live lessons with Zoom

This is one of the most frequently requested features and one that we're excited to share!

Also, the entirety of your reports is consolidated into one location, providing you a holistic view of your students' growth as well as completion rates.

Connect with your students through Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is an online chat service that allows you to interact directly with your site visitors and students.

Enhanced User Experience

We understand that features are only as useful as your ability to actually use them! Our goal is to make your experience smooth and our products simpler to use. We've done this by making several important adjustments:

1. A better Site Builder

Alongside the classes as such, Site Builder is where you create personalised pages to sell your classes or offer exclusive content for members only.

• Now you can begin editing your website directly from the live preview. Simply click the section you want and jump right in.

• Choosing a destination for your buttons for landing pages has become much clearer and easier.
• You can now reorder custom fields on your sign-up request form.
    Custom fields permit you to collect vital information about your customers as they sign-up. Before, if you entered the required fields into your form you could not move them around without losing any data. You can now drag and drop your fields as and when you wish!

2. A clearer picture of what students will see

The preview feature has been enhanced to make it easier for your to see your courses as a student's view. Now you have three options of viewing your course

• View the current lesson that displays the current lesson you have chosen from the course builder. If the lesson is a draft that is not yet completed, you'll have the ability to look it up to check it out.
• Preview all course lessons It shows all of your lessons beginning with the very first lesson in the course. If any lessons are in draft they will be able to view them for testing purposes.
• Preview course as an enrolled student It shows all of your lessons beginning with the first lesson within the course. Just like how a student might experience the course if any lessons are written in draft, you will not be able to access the lessons!

3. New Question & Survey Reporting by Student

Numerous creators select specifically to use our assessment tools that include quizzes, Assignments and Surveys. However, until now it was a bit difficult to locate every assessment for a single student.

You can now access a "Quiz & Survey" tab within each student's profile. Here you can examine the individual's results across all the courses they're in. You can now:

• See all Quizzes and Surveys that your student completed
• Check the scores of each test.
• Download an CSV of every individual answer

4. Improvements in Coupon Management

Coupons are an effective and versatile tool that allow you to offer special discounts, or even create B2B deals, charging a single price for the entire group and then distributing 100% off coupons for redemption.

We made a few small tweaks to make using and managing coupons even more simple:

• It is possible to use the search bar to find particular coupon codes
• You can now view the total quantity and remaining coupons together in one handy table
