We've released a brand new Offers API which allows customers to display cross-sells and extra offers and upsells, as well as discounts and more to potential buyers during every encounter with customers.
Tax Exemptions Updates Digital Invoicing
The App now allows users to add a tax exemption ID to any quote they create within the app and via the Quotes API. This update is available in all countries supported where tax collections are conducted.
Refreshed requirements for Zip codes applicable to North America
In both USA in both the US and Canada, users will now have to enter ZIP codes, or postal codes respectively. This will enable us to confirm exact tax exemption numbers in the course of how the quote is created. This is applicable to the quote generated by the user as well as those generated by customers who are not end-customers.
Extended support for tax exemption for Orders made coming from Japan
Users making sales within Japan have the ability to input an JCT tax ID when conducting B2B business transactions. They will receive a zero tax rate. Additionally, they can report the tax in direct reverse accounting of change.
