Lower Churn for Paused Subscriptions -
This feature allows subscribers to stop active subscriptions, or temporarily stop the billing service.
This is how it will function:
Reduce churn through paused subscriptions
The pause option will give customers an additional option when they try to cancel their subscription.
With a prompt prompting users to pause subscriptions, you give you the chance to prevent loss of business from clients who could require your help in the future however, not right now.
When the resume is scheduled to restart on the date of the resume, we will automatically bill the customer and reactivate the subscription.
