Jon Kung did not set out to make a name for himself in the field of social media. In fact it was not even their intention to make a living in food. The chef and content creator studied theater and creative writing while in undergrad prior to attending law school.
"It ultimately came down to who I felt I truly did," they say. "I was at a crossroads between a legal career and one that was in food and, while I was tempted to go with the safer path, the attraction of serving food in the kitchen and the satisfaction I felt while doing it was too powerful to ignore."
Following the outbreak of pandemics, they had to take their culinary talents on social media, Jon won millions of followers with their educational culinary content as well as their big-name.
