Many youngsters begin their entrepreneurial journeys through selling snacks for their friends, Morgan Hipworth took his first taste of food , and drink up a up. As a child, and a novice founder of Bistro Morgan famous Australian bakers Bistro Morgan was able to learn about the food industry by watching cooking programmes as young as seven .

"I watched other kids on TV pursuing their dreams and thought "If they can do it and I can do it, I'll be able to as well,"" Morgan says. It was then put into the real world "Each week, I'd prepare three meals for my relatives and my parents and then serve them at the table that included my entire family," Morgan explains. "I also expanded my customer list to include all of those from my extended families, offering freshly baked desserts for special occasions such as birthdays or birthdays." At the age of 13 old I was assigned the task to bring food items to local restaurants. Later, I was allowed to be the person responsible for the bakery as well as desserts.

Be sure that your customers are an integral part of the story of the company

"Being in a position to effectively communicate your message to customers and communicate with people is essential to develop a customer base that is loyal," he says. "Connection is the primary goal which is the thing that transforms a customer from being just a possible customer into a long-term one that will remain faithful to you for the rest of their life."
