Most kids start their first entrepreneurial ventures by selling sweets to friends, Morgan Hipworth took his young fascination with food to one notch. The young founder of popular Australian Bistro, a bakery in Australia Bistro Morgan had been capable of developing an appreciation of food after watching cooking shows at about 7 years of age.

"I observed other kids in the news working toward their goals, and I thought to myself, "If they're capable of it, I could achieve the same thing,'" Morgan says. He put his belief into action "Each weekend, I'd prepare 3 meals each day for my family and my extended family, serving my creations from the kitchen at the dining area of my parents' house" he declares. "I also expanded my customers to families with extended family members, providing fresh baked desserts at birthdays and other special occasions." As a teenager He was asked to deliver some of his creations to the local café, and took over the food and bakery products.

"Being able to tell the story of your business and bring people along has always been an integral element of creating a customer portfolio," he says. "Connection is the primary goal, and the key for turning one customer into a repeat customer that is loyal to you throughout their lives."
