A decade ago, Lottie Murphy found her passion for Pilates when she was studying ballet. "It was the time of every day when I could to be focused and calm as well as keep my body healthy, strong and free of injuries," she says.

Those peaceful moments brought her on a quest to further develop her Pilates education and to be a certified teacher. She now runs an international online platform built upon her passion for Pilates that provides online classes, pre-recorded and free classes in retreats and other events along with items.

"You might say that I live and breathe Pilates. It's become so essential to me more than my job," she says.
