Louise Cherry Barber: Danica I'm happy to inform you that you've been chosen as the Springie Award Winner for our third quarter in 2023! Tell me what it means for you to be awarded the Springie Award here at ?

Danica LarsenIt it was truly nice be genuinely friendly to discover that I tried to include a significant amount of myself and my beautiful personality -- in my work. It was also nice to be aware that other people knew about it and that it was acknowledged and appreciated and not just not only for achieving a specific number, which is previously the way I'd have been viewed by my employer in other workplaces I've visited, but for the kind of person I am as and the accomplishments which I've achieved over and above a specific number. It was wonderful being recognized for who I am as a person. It was incredibly touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: This is awesome and surely deserved. A thing I'm interested about is to learn more from you regarding some aspects that stood out, you know, from when you first discovered it. Specifically, your work on the project that which you did on the benchmarking software was highly praised by a few people. Could you share some information about this?

Danica LarsenYes there's no doubt that I've put on a lot of work, as I'm thrilled to see it acknowledged. I think I was somewhat amazed to find that the benchmarking initiative was one of the things that was called out because we're still at the beginning, you know; there's a lot of work to do. It's wonderful to know that everyone's excited about this initiative. Because it's going to provide numerous benefits. I really hope it'll bring many benefits, not only to us as a business however, for our clients, sellers, as well. And we'll help to provide an insight into the ways that we could expand in the future, what we're seeing is working for us in a way to make it a hit. This was a great thing to observe at the beginning of, you know, like beta stages was truly amazing as this means that the rest of the world is experiencing the advantages too.

Louise Cherry Barber: Recently, we updated our company's values to make a difference and learn to be aware and act with Urgency. I'm curious about what you think about these new values.

Danica Larsen What they are is doing the right thing knowing what"right" is. This means that you have to investigate, dig deep into it, and taking a quick decision and then making a decision. It's a fact that I am able to affirm this every single morning... Also, when I glance around at others, members of the Support Team and the Support Team can be a good indicator that they are sharing the same beliefs as our customers as well as every day with our clients. They're at the forefront in the lead, on the front lines seeking understanding and working swiftly, as this is the only way to accomplish these things. As business, no one can continue cooperating with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What suggestions can you provide for those who find themselves similar to you ? Are you of the opinion that any person would want to follow these ideals? What are your suggestions that can help bring those values into the forefront of your

Danica Larsen I can only speak in my own perspective. I only speak from my perspective. However, I believe that the most crucial thing to do is to pay attention whenever you are able to. If you're dealing with various accounts, businesses and sellers, all the people is working with, recognizing their needs, and understanding the motive behind the need to know what actions we need to accomplish and how we need to behave. And that's the "seeking understanding" that accomplish it by not paying attention. The first thing I would suggest is: Pay attention to those around you.
