Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you on securing our Springie award. It's long overdue. Therefore, we hope that you were somewhat stunned when we revealed it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. You know, what we are as a group -- in our PSI team. It's one of the greatest groups of people I've ever worked with, and to listen to what they had to say about the work I do was extremely touching. But just as easily these exact words are able to be reversed and pointed right back to each of them. All of us have each others backs. And anything that any individuals do is something we take responsibility with the collective effort, and good or bad. When something isn't working and something goes wrong, we'll all jump in together in order to make things right. So I couldn't have done it without those guys. They are very important for me. And, I mean greater than the award for sure. The award was definitely wonderful to be awarded.
Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. It was truly amazing being an observer and hearing all of your team members being able to gather and share stories and your experiences. It's great hearing that the team's importance can be the experience you've had here. If you consider your experience with the Springie Award, and living in the spirit of making a difference, seeking to understand and acting with urgency What advice would you have to those -- you know, you've spent almost nine years. How do you -- what do you do to live these principles? What are the best ways to apply them in your life?
Jon Tewes:You have to know that I've been involved in a variety of organizations with various values. and the values we've got at the moment closely reflect my fundamental values. Thus, living without them can be a bit alien to me. This isn't a conscious decision, something that I strive to accomplish. This is how I view everyday life. Making a difference, understanding that you must be adamant about what you're doing are our essential principles, which are the basis of my work every day. We're working directly with sellers that have been enrolled. You know, relating with them and cooperating with them to understand what their problem is and then figure out the quick solution, and then give them the best experience to sell is the way that I live my life. It's really nice to have a company that really mirrors the way that I already do it, so I don't even need to think about it.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy for you to not think about it when it's an integral part of who you are. In reflecting on your experiences in this space, what were your most satisfying aspects of being at ?
Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been around for a good while. However, at the core of it, I'm jazzed to do my work You know, and why is that? Well, you know, I've mentioned before the individuals, the people I work with, it's best in class. We also have a platform. offer, as a market of merchants of record is a leader, and I'm able to collaborate with these amazing individuals in shaping our future . It's the reason I'm here.
