Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You are one of the Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Tell me, the significance of you to be given the Springie Award here at ?
Danica LarsenIt feels really satisfying and very pleasant to know that I put a lot of myself -- my interesting character -- into my work. And it was nice to know that others knew about this and was valued and acknowledged in a positive way that was in addition to being not only due to achieving the number which was previously what I would be able to recognize, and also other work environments that I've had, but also due to my personality and what I've done that go beyond one number. It was a pleasure to be acknowledged for the person I am as an individual. It was really touching.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing and merited. One thing I'm intrigued about and would love to hear from you to share your most memorable moments in the context of what you've heard the news, and more specifically, your contribution to your benchmarking program. It was highly commended by a few individuals. Could you provide more details about this?
Danica LarsenYes, I put on a lot of work which I'm very happy to be recognized. I'm a bit amazed to find that benchmarking has been one of the things which was highlighted as it's still in its early times and there's lots more to be done. Therefore, I'm happy that everyone has a positive attitude towards this. Since it's likely to bring an incredible amount of worth. I believe it's going provide many benefits not only to our business, but also for our clients and sellers too. And we'll help to give our customers some insights into how we can grow over time, and also what we're seeing works well in the long run as a successful idea. This is why the announcement earlier in the initial of, you know, like beta stages was really exhilarating, because it shows that other people are seeing the value as well.

Danica Larsen Danica Larsen: The core of them is doing what's proper and knowing right. It's about investigating, going deep into it, and taking a quick decision and then making an informed decision. That's the way I am adamant about this each and each day... Also, considering the people who are part of members of the Support Team and the Support Team and I'm referring to their shared the same beliefs as our clients and with our buyers every single day. They're at the forefront of the field looking for the right understanding, and are able to execute quickly as the only way to accomplish these things. Louise Cherry Barber:What tips would you offer people on the opposite side? Would you like to follow the values you have set? Do you have suggestions about how you can make them manifest?
Danica Larsen It is my personal opinion that I only speak from my perspective. But, for me, that the primary thing is to be as aware as is possible. If you're dealing with diverse accounts, the corporations as well as the vendors, all that we're working with, being aware of their needs as well as the actual reason for the need is what determines how we perform our tasks and how we're expected to act. And that's the "seeking understanding" and it's done without paying close attention. This is my first tip Listen to people.
