When we talk to customers on the help desk there are often questions such as "How do I move a group of people into a different subscription? " or "Where do I find an overview of the seats that are in use for all the subscriptions in one subscription? " We're responding to the above questions (and other questions!) by providing these handy update.

Are you planning to change your plans? It's not a problem!

If you're a member who wants to upgrade and gain subscription access for the whole group, we've made it simple to switch from a single plan to a group plan--or from one group plan to one that doesn't require any effort on your end! Learn more -

Change plans

It's easy to swap manager groups.

It's common for people to quit their jobs or change their job, so we've made it easier to transfer group managers members of your group and the members you have. Find out more

Promote manager

Leaders of groups can manage the subscription, without having to use a seat

It's simple to ban members of groups from having a seat (and benefiting members) with a new subscription-level setting. More information available on how to do this

Reduce friction associated with paid external subscriptions.

You now have full control of auto-renew , which can help manage expectations around the cost of subscriptions made externally. Learn more -
