The issue is that the students that you instruct won't be capable of telling you what's happening in the class. They'll drop out, cancel their accounts, or finish the course and disappear , leaving you to never get the full story.

The fact that a student has completed an entire course, it doesn't mean that they enjoyed the class. You might want to send out an assessment after the course has ended (and once learners are aware that the feedback they give won't impact the final grade.) How long do learners stay in the course and do they come back for more? How many finish the course and receive a certificate or need to go back and take the test? A high rate of completion is an easy number that you can track without needing the students to submit an in-depth review.
