Define your community's purpose and the reason you are there.
My community is called Conscious Collective is for spiritual people who want to realize their potential and power. The members of our community realize the fact that we're all connected and we're all together, and we bring the awareness of this into our spiritual lives. There is training as well as the opportunity to challenge ourselves on mindfulness, meditation and personal development and a focus on making spirituality accessible as well as accessible and enjoyable. Everyone loves the challenges, which are new to the system, as well as the Live Room, and the leaderboard feature.
How structured is your community?
There are two major circles inside Conscious Collective for now. As we expand, we'll be expanding. A majority of the activity happens in "The Forum". The Forum is for discussion on all topics, challenge conversations and share, and invites to live events. We also have a "Spirit Market" group for members to showcase, purchase, sell, and trade their metaphysical works and accessories. Regular challenges, group meditations classes, as well as other activities are held in The Forum / Live Room (which is SO much better than Zoom btw!). The Forum is adding virtual coworking as well as art night and oracle nights in the month of April.
Additionally, I utilize the platform for my premium membership and for my VIP mentorship program.
Recent community wins
Many are starting to embrace the site. Members are asking for things such as art nights, oracle night, and a few other things, and want to participate and be the host.
The top tip for others Heroes
The Leaderboard is awesome! Each month, we give away a prize to the lucky winner. The prize this month was a bag of Onyx Coffee, one the most renowned roasters of coffee across the US. The prize isn't huge, but it adds a little enjoyment to the competition, and is extremely effective in involvement.

Define your community's purpose and the reason they gather.
Stylist Soul Tribe is a mastermind-like community in the beauty industry. It is comprised from 20 tribes consisting of salon owners, stylists as well as educators and entrepreneurs with big ideas. Each month, we gather to make ourselves accountable, discuss goals, build friendships and encourage our fellow members through tough times. It really is a community unlike any other and has many close friendships formed.
How structured is your community?
Using the newest portal within the mastermind community allows us to expand to a completely new scale. It allows us to hype each other up in contests, celebrate wins and build even more connections. Being able to have live calls and teachings is another excellent tool that we can use to keep engagement up.
Recent community wins
A big win in the history of Stylist Soul Tribe this year has been that we reached 100 people in our mastermind community and are so excited to launch the group in January in order to expand even further! Vision casting workshop coming up where we will discuss mindset and visualization, as well as the full cycle of success.
The top tip for other Heroes
One tip I would like to give you is to create space for your community creatively. So many of the big concepts and innovations within the mastermind were generated by the people within. A lot of connections have been formed naturally by giving the space for that to take place. This has allowed me to use the tools to put a system in place that runs seamlessly so that I can show up as authentically as I can for my friends.

Define your community's purpose and the reason they gather.
The Kathy Keats Community is a wonderful group of dog sport enthusiasts who realize that achieving your potential in dog sport (or whatever else) isn't just about the development of skills. It's about growing. It's impossible to fool a dog. Dogs are incredible mirrors that inspire us to be humble, test us to confront our weaknesses and motivate us to become more effective ... in their honor in our own lives, as well as for those around us.
What is the structure of your community?
It's still an experimental process of creating the ideal format for my community. As of now, I'm employing (or is planning to use) it in three ways: one is as an adjunct to online classes or as an accountability group that provides a positive that is a membership on its own as well as a final option is as a free area to connect with my listeners and bring them into my community. I use a combination of live meetings and the Live Room feature and Challenges to keep students engaged and focused in classes. Also, I create weekly updates for the members of my community. I are planning to implement conversations in the free area in order to know which topics and guests might be interesting on my podcasts.
A top tip for all others Heroes
If you're using the community as part of online courses, you should consider integrating the community section first prior to the start date for the course and get your audience engaging there with an opening week live event, challenge, or leaderboard scavenger hunt, because the community is where the most learning curves will occur when you open your area of instruction. This helps to avoid overwhelming and makes it much easier to link back to specific lessons in the class.
Recent community wins
The most recent course has been a massive success, largely because many of my customers aren't technical but were easily able to participate in live Q&A sessions thanks to the simple user interface. I've had more face-to-face live interaction with the community than I've ever experienced with other conferencing tools because the technology wasn't getting behind.

Describe your community and why they gather.
My community, The Level Up Club, is for individuals who are entrepreneurs, creatives as well as changemakers, to come together and connect with like-valued people who want to grow by advancing their careers, grow, and make a significant impact on the world.
How is your community structured?
There are currently two accessibility groups "The Community" which is available for free to join and "The Golden Circle Mastermind" that is my mastermind group. I currently have five circles: one is that is for posts of general nature, Bookish is for talk about books, and Podcasting is for, you guessed it -- podcasters. Additionally, I have NLP and Hypnosis are for those interested in discussing the subject, as well as one to my masterminds. The challenges have been super fun and my community loves getting involved. As of now, the challenge has been about meeting up with each other in addition to the topics of mindfulness and health. Meetups are an excellent method of bringing new members to the group when you share your events through social media.
A top tip for all the other Heroes
